Wedding Transportation FAQ

How far in advance should I book wedding transportation?

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 3–6 months in advance for peak wedding season (May through October). That said, we accommodate last-minute requests based on availability. Contact us as soon as you have a date confirmed.

Can you handle multiple vehicles on the same wedding day?

Yes. We regularly coordinate multiple vehicles for a single wedding — a luxury sedan for the bride and groom, an SUV or Escalade for the wedding party, and one or more Sprinters for guest shuttles. All vehicles and drivers are coordinated from our dispatch center to keep timing synchronized.

What vehicle is best for a bridal party of 6?

A Luxury SUV or Cadillac Escalade ESV seats up to 6 passengers comfortably and is the most popular choice for bridal parties of 4–6. If your party exceeds 6, we can arrange a Mercedes Sprinter (up to 12) or split the group across two Luxury SUVs.

Do you offer a getaway car for the end of the reception?

Yes. Your driver can wait on standby throughout your reception and be ready the moment you are ready to depart. We confirm the end time with you and remain flexible if the evening runs long.

Do you serve venues outside of Portland?

We serve venues throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest — the Oregon Coast, wine country estates, Mt. Hood lodges, Columbia River Gorge venues, and destinations across the region. We also serve weddings in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, New York, and our other active markets.

Can we decorate the vehicle?

We welcome tasteful, non-damaging decorations. Ribbon and floral arrangements affixed without adhesive are fine. We ask that no tape, glue, or other adhesives be applied to vehicle surfaces. Just let us know your plans in advance.
